Aerodrome Status

I suggest the following implementation:
add new node /aerodromestatus and add json records for each status record with the following format:
status string (possible value "open", "restricted", "closed")
text string ( text body in markdown format)
author string (name of the last updater)
timestamp (current date/time, not user provided)
