Support imperial measurements. 

This has to one of my biggest gripes with freecad in general, but seeing as how freecad supports imperial measurements it should be a requirement that workbenches support imperial inputs. I'm not a python guy or I'd fix this issue and submit a PR, therefor I ask that this be implemented by someone else as a feature request
