Huge Pull Requests?! #38

@ofZach It's not exactly an Issue but I'm not sure where else to put it. I was thinking of looking into apothecary to automate the setup process. And I'm hoping to get the setup steps to a minimum to make entry barrier as small as much as possible. In addition I've made a lot of changes to the source of ofxCef, including for example how to communicate with JS and back, etc… Anyway this will be (when it's finished) a huge pull request with changes in many different parts of the project, I was wondering if this would be alright with you. Taking it all apart again making lots of small parts out of the changes would be a lot more effort. I'm hoping to build a new (as much working as possible) common ground with this. My question, if this would be alright, is also in context of the other pull requests that weren't accepted yet.
