Add "Getting started" content #38
Description
I'm looking at the Prepper image and their top tile is Getting Started, which contains rather helpful information
Considering the issues are the same on our hotspot, it could be a good idea to either have our own "getting started" tile on top, or at least for the time being include similar text to the About section implemented in #22.
I would also include this in the delivery email / leaflet.

Opening PDF Documents
PDF documents may not open (ERR_BLOCKED) in certain versions of Chrome unless you do one of the following:
Chrome on Windows : Hold the CTRL button when you click the link
Chrome on Mac : Hold the ⌘ button when you click the link
Chrome on Mobile : Perform a "long press" (press and hold on the link) and then choose to open in a new tab
Mobile Device Warnings
On mobile devices, you may receive one of the following warnings while using your device:
"The connection has no Internet access" : This message appears because, well, you are offline! You can choose "Remain connected" (or any similar option) if asked.
"The connecton is not secure" : Offline devices like Prepper Disk cannot use HTTPS because of restrictions on how a disconnected device uses secure certificates (which would normally ping back to an online certificate authority). You can safely ignore this warning and click on "Proceed Anyway".
