Question on SuperController integration with FASTWrapper

FASTWrapper doesn't currently know what size the input and output arrays for the supercontroller should be. Either
  1. we have this set as a specified number (e.g., like Bladed's avrSwap array), or
  2. we have some more initOutput data from the SC module and more initInp data in FASTWrapper to tell us these sizes
