Add version to Top Level CMD #11

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Since there are no top level cmds there, it might be natural for a user to run discover-workload version, which then kicks off the discovery process, and/or errors.
Describe the solution you'd like.
Create a top level version cmd to avoid this problem, and so the user doesn't have to remember between --version or version (since various CLI's use either/or or both.
Describe alternatives you've considered.
