Remove deprecated classes and members #714
Description
Remove classes and members that are marked @Deprecated in Archie 3.
Exceptions that should not be removed:
- Classes/members that implement deprecated classes/members in the openEHR specification, but that still exist in the specification. E.g. DV_PARAGRAPH.
ArchieJacksonConfiguration.createLegacyConfiguration(). This should still be supported for existing usages.
