we should discuss expected behaviors for this.

I would generally like to have a convenient function that defines all properties in a saved instance and sets all properties that are not defined by the user to null.

I do not understand exactly what you mean.

Do you mean that the exported jsonld should always have all the properties, but if the user did not enter values, the value in the jsonld will be null.

Or that the json ld should only have properties defined by the user, and if the user explicitly sets a property value to none, this property should be included in the jsonld with a value of null?

no I'm saying there should be two option for saving a JSON-LD:

1. save JSON-LD only with user-defined properties (TBD: null settings by ignored or not?)
2. save JSON-LD with all properties, setting all non-specified properties to null
