Make sure aliases are globally unique. #97
Description
- implement unit test
- implement plugin/cosistencycheck to guarantee uniqueness.
- make sure its already failing on sandbox checks.
** Actually a plugin would be suite best for the global check purpose but are not registered on sandbox level.
