It is not possible to 'select scenes' for Landsat 8 & 9 for year 2023/4

When I use the 'use all scenes' feature for the l8 and l9 (separately), the mosaics display with no issues. However, when I choose to select scenes, it gives a message that no scenes available. This happens for years 2023 and 2024.
