OpenML-python docs miss a dataset category

In the Python docs: https://docs.openml.org/python/
If you click Code reference, it immediately opens the datasets tab: https://docs.openml.org/reference/datasets/
But the 'datasets' module is not listed in the list of modules on the left.

Also, the path should probably say https://docs.openml.org/python/reference/datasets/

This seems to be an issue in the mkdocs configuration.

Sure! Take care that it's a bit involved since we use the multirepo plugin, which pulls in mkdocs configs from different repo's

I’ve resolved the 404 issue and pushed the fix for review. I’m currently working on the reference portion of the Python component.
