Clean and reconcile org.opensha.nshmp #20
Description
The svn OpenSHA repository package org.opensha.nshmp contained all(?) the code needed for the downloadable USGS Java Ground Motion Calculator. This tool has since been retired and the code should be archived. The org.opensha.nshmp package is present in opensha-core and `opensha-dev' and it appears to not have been fully migrated, or I have forgotten that we agreed not to migrate it in the first place (e.g. RegionNotSupportedException).
This issue serves to mark cleaning out the remaining bits and to create a new repository of the application that will hopefully only require opensha-core to build.
