Integrate BlueSky for simulated air-traffic data

There exists a open source simulator: https://github.com/TUDelft-CNS-ATM/bluesky that can be used as a library, we could use that to generate air-traffic data

Here is a list of steps that we need to tackle this bug:

1. Install / import the Bluesky library to the verification tooling as a dependecy via the pyproject.toml and review the example notebook
2. Create a new test, very similar to test_airtraffic_data_openutm_sim.py and call it something like test_airtraffic_data_bluesky_sim.py
3. Update the airtraffic client or create a new client to manage the blue_sky integration,
4. Once the simulation is completed the output data will have to be read and "transformed" into Flight Blender compatible observations schema
5. Submit the observations via the Flight Blender Client.
