[Bug]: SD not using GPU

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues and checked the recent builds/commits

What happened?

I am basically having an issue where even after using the accelerate with openvino script, and selecting GPU, everytime I generate an image, it uses the CPU instead of my INTEL ARC A770

Steps to reproduce the problem

Only steps I took was simply the install guide for A1111 SD with Openvino.

What should have happened?

Normal behavior is using the GPU
