Add node kind to the infrahubctl log messages.

Describe the Use Case

Currently, the infrahubctl generate logs that include only the name of the node. It would be ideal to list what object kind the node was created for better troubleshooting.

Additional Information

possible log messages:

• Created node (OrganizationManufacturer): Cisco Systems
• Created node: Cisco Systems (OrganizationManufacturer)
