Drug Discovery using Python - Concerns and Ideas with students using AI

Hi all,

Unfortunately, I won't be able to make the next meeting but look forward to being part of this community.

I am at Manchester Metropolitan University and my new 1 year plan is to migrate our drug discovery unit, which is currently being delivered using Scigress to Python.

There are lots of resources online but I have some concerns that when this becomes an assessed piece of work, students will utilize AI tools to complete, which could be a positive thing or very negative. I also think there will be a fine line between content for teaching and how much we can then assess the students.

Will update once I have a structured plan in place and look forward to feedback to improve the design and ultimate development of the content.
