Composer Issue when upgraded laravel framework to 12

Hi does anyone have faced any memory limit issue when working witn dev-wip/1.3 version.
Problem : when i do fresh installion with laravel 12 or composer update I am getting memory limit exhaust error and it shows on helpers-array.php for Arr:last() function. I have increased the moemory limit but still same error.
I dont get this error when working with develop or the stable version (laravel 9)

Can someone please help me with this issue?
