Problem: phpinfo blank page depending from where accessed

php8.4.16 cli on Debian with phpminiadmin 1.9.251125

phpinfo function disabled in php.ini gives 2 different actions in program as follows:

At Login screen clicking link: no reaction, which is correct as function is disabled in php.ini
After Login clicking the link: gives blank page. Would expect the same reaction as above when not logged-in. Is not misleading.
