Adding support for OpenRefine 4.0 #1

Hi @ostephens , do you think this could be tweaked to allow using against an OpenRefine 4.0 instance for testing? I'd be nice to see supported as we work towards OpenRefine 4.0 testing, SPARQL, etc.
