Provide shell script for live deployments #8
Description
This script is supposed to copy all artefacts necessary for a functioning live deployment into a given directory - e.g.:
$ copy4live /tmp/foo
Motivation
To avoid problems with symlinks under vendor/bin such as phpunit these files might not be needed.
