Full Synchronization only occurs on node connection #2
Description
At the moment a full synchronization packet is only transmitted when a node connections. Ideally this should be a packet that is sent every few minutes just to confirm that all databases are identical. This should be user configurable as the size of the data store should dictate the length between synchronization to prevent network overflow.
