[Project Tasks - STLINK enfironment] No Plot Recording Task

Describe the bug
On the STLINK environment, there is no task dedicated to plot recordings done via scopemimicry

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open VSCode
2. Change the env: at the bottom to STLINK
3. Go to the alien icon
4. Look up the OwnTech tasks
5. See the absence of plot recordings

Expected behavior
To have the plot recordings added to the available tasks.
