[Webinterface] Some users have reported being unable to upload in Chrome on an Android

Not sure how widespread this problem is. Uploads work from a desktop using Chrome, or from an iOS device, at the same time that the Android uploads are failing.

This is a strange issue. I think its safe to say that the issue is not in streamable because my interface works on Android. I'll try hooking up remote debugging today to see if I can find any issues.

I just tried this with Chrome on an Android phone and for me it worked.

These comments get posted to the Telegram channel as well. Perhaps some TG users with Android phones can leave comments here about their experiences. This may be only affecting a small minority of users.

@rfornea Just tested Brave Browser on mobile and desktop - no issues with or without their adblock feature on.
