add installation instruction using aur for Arch based linux

I have created the aur package [here](https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ozbe-pocket-cli-git).

Please add in the README on how to install this on Arch based linux (something like this using `yay`)

$yay -S ozbe-pocket-cli-git
```
