Update mapserv example to ol3 #5
Description
It would be nice to update the mapserv example to use OpenLayers 3. Currently, OpenLayers 3 does not include a mapserv layer type so either one needs to be created in OpenLayers 3 or the example should be changed support some kind of tiling scheme.
