[BUG]: Crashing application after generating the .apk

Describe the bug

This problem only occurs on Android.

Running the application in development mode, I don't receive any errors, however when building the .apk and installing it, I receive the error below.

How To Reproduce

Simply generating the .apk file, when you try to launch the modal, crashes the application with the aforementioned error.

Expected behavior

That it works correctly even after generating the apk.

Hi, thanks a lot for reporting both bugs, could you please try updating RN version to latest patched v0.79.7 and / or rolling back the library version to v3.2.2

I tried reverting to version 3.2.2, but the problem persisted. However, I believe I've found the problem. I'm using minifyEnabled true and enableProguardInReleaseBuilds.

I believe that Proguard + minify was obfuscating the library.

Simply adding:

# react-native-multiple-modals
-keep class com.multiplemodals.** { *; }
-keepnames class com.multiplemodals.** { *; }

to my proguard-rules.pro file stopped obfuscating the library and it worked even after generating the .apk.

Is there any way to work around this during the library's installation and configuration, or is it something we would have to specify in a readme instructions file?

I had this issue a long time ago and this was my fix too!
