Disable Film Grain Request #10

Not sure how feasible this would be but I would like to see an option to disable the film grain just like you are able to currently disable the LUT and Vignette effects with this SDK. I also just found out that on the new Hitman: Absolution port that came out for the Nintendo Switch & Mobile Devices you are actually able to turn off the film grain through the settings menu so maybe It could be possible to do this on the PC version as well?.
