[I] [Qt6] [26.1.3] 'Settings->Interface->Layout->Use layout' no longer works properly

Expected behaviour

When I apply a previously unselected layout using Settings->Interface->Layout->Use layout, it should re-launch QOwnNotes with the selected layout.

Actual behaviour

The layout does not change, and a new workspace name is added to the drop-down menu in the toolbar. Its layout is identical to the previous layout.

This problem exists on both Linux (PPA install) and Windows 10 (portable install).

The last Qt5-based build I have — 25.6.5 ― works as intended in a fresh portable install.

The earliest Qt6-based build at hand — 25.7.1 — exhibits this issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start with a fresh QOwnNotes installation.
2. Navigate to Settings->Interface->Layout.
3. Choose and apply another layout like Minimal.

QOwnNotes restarts without applying the selected layout.

Note that you may need to repeat the steps a few times before the issue appears.

I've removed a log output that came from another portable installation. With a fresh install, there is no log output.

Tested a portable installation of 25.6.5 (Qt5), which works as intended.

Tested a portable installation of 25.7.1 (Qt6), which suffers from the issue in the first post.
