Magic Light item doesn’t work (can’t place or activate)

Description:

The Magic Light item doesn’t function at all.

Steps to Reproduce:

Acquire the Magic Light item.

Try to use it in different ways:

Place it in the world

Right-click to configure

Use from hotbar

Use directly from inventory

Observe behavior.

Expected Behavior:
The Magic Light should place or activate lights when used.

Actual Behavior:

Nothing happens. No light is placed, and no effect occurs even after configuring via right-click.

Additional Information:

Tried multiple methods (placing, right-clicking, hotbar, inventory, equip).

Light configuration via right-click works, but actual use still does nothing.
