Help required: fixing the pdf2htmlEX code

We need people with the C/C++ skills required to find and fix problems with the existing code as both poppler and fontforge (the two main libraries upon which pdf2htmlEX is based) relentlessly "move forward".

We also need people who are willing to work on feature enhancements....
