Add USD currency to Vortex

Context

As a vortex user, i want to on and offramp to USD

Todo

• Integrate the alfredpay solution to enable the USD currency on Vortex
• Test the rail first on sandbox
• Share learnings on what UI changes are required for the USD flow

Note

• Do we need Pendulum in the this flow as the end user would need USDC and if they need USDT we would can use the USDT pools on EVM networks? Maybe we can skip assethub in the first flow as there are alot of unknowns about the flow already
• What would the rate be here as there is nothing to swap we are doing USD to USDC, would this come from alfredpay?

I agree, let's limit it to EVM networks for now and don't pass Pendulum. Like we did with Monerium onramps in the beginning.
