Context

This a research ticket to understand what all is required for Vortex to function on the EVM version of polkadot

Questions

• Find or create an oracle smart contract that we can feed custom data to
• Test deployment of the oracle on Paseo Hub?
• Check gas cost of feeding single price data vs batch of 10?
  • The weight config might vary depending on the runtime so Paseo != Kusama != Polkadot
  • Check how the cost increases based on size of the data batch

Before we close this ticket, can you please try to find out one more thing: In order for us to be able to migrate Vortex to Polkadot Hub, we need to make sure that we have access to all relevant assets. Some of them are on Moonbeam, e.g. axlUSDC, BRLA. You can see here how we would go about registering our own assets, including PEN, on Assethub. This requires a root transaction from the parachain though. The question to you is, if you can try to find out if we'd now have to go through governance on Moonbeam to have those assets registered on Assethub or if there is an easier way.
