Chore: UI Fixes

Ticket that gathers all the current UI problems:

• add MetaWallet image business
• prefill 30USDC for SELL to EUR
• fix error message for minimum SELL to EUR
• fix back button appearance when user enters with generated widget URL
• fix KYC back button navigation
• update Terms & Conditions last updated date
• fix success card background
• fix partners link in the footer (should be mailto business)
• remove SELL/BUY DOT from the footer
• fix scroll to the top when redirecting to different routes (scrollRestoration: true)
• fix Rating component animations
• outdated cached quote in the local storage causes user not being able to get a new quote
• Change ‘Quote expired. Try again’ navigation to go back to base widget form instead of landing page
