Not working with openJDK 1.8

On Linux, BDV is not fully working with openJDK 1.8.

Problem is: java security exception when sending queries to NCBI using HTTPS.

Solution: according to Java forums, it appears to be a known openJDK issue. Simply use an official Oracle Java Runtime Environment (JRE) available from: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/overview/index.html

Reminder: minimal JRE release to use is 1.7.
