Merging dataframes after "Run-tSNE" step requires absurd amount of memory 

While my PC is able to run the "Run-tSNE" step with no issues, creating the df_tsne always results in the program crashing due to too much memory. Is there some kind of workaround this issue, and has anyone else experienced this issue?
