Unable to lock the ticket dockerized version #8

I've spun the app up with docker using the image found on dockerhub.

I followed the instructions to do so found here in the QuickStart section:

https://hub.docker.com/r/osticket/osticket

Everything seems to work until I try to reply to a ticket.

Unable to lock the ticket.
Someone else could be working on the same ticket.

I have set the time zone to America / New_York here:

http://127.0.0.1:8080/scp/settings.php?t=system

But I'm still getting that Unable to lock the ticket. I'm the only user of this application currently. So I'm certain that no one else has it opened.

I appreciate any guidance you can provide.
