new options for html generation and some tidying #6
Description
Might make sense to make a separate util/cmd line tool for combining different datasets
- give it two sets of tiles as input
- settings file controls labels (and hovers) on all the buttons
- maybe have a better button for switching between dates/datasets
- remove "link to this view", and some other leftover stuff
- get rid of where is scotland
- tidy acknowledgements
