[Low Priority] I'm able to drag & drop conversation text within copilot chat and edit the conversation structure

Steps to reproduce

• Open a copilot conversation
• select any text including 'User:' & 'Copilot:' words
• drag and drop the text within copilot

Result
The chat structure like the words 'User:' & 'Copilot:' could be dragged and dropped to anywhere which make the conversation structure not organized

Sorry for late response did not notice the comment but if you like to take that issue it will be great the main settings for the view should be in copilot/ask_view.py
