Implementation of duplicate check mode #52
Description
This is a different proposal to improve TDecimate than #51.
What I want to achieve
I want to do only duplicate checks without decimation like mode=4.
- Display a list of duplicate checks similar to mode=0,1 without changing the fps in the source file.
- Display duplicates that correspond to the specified threshold in the range specified by cycle or displayDecimation.
- If cycleR is not specified, all duplicates that correspond to the threshold are displayed.
Purpose of Implementation
- To explore fps for IVTC
- To check for duplicate elimination errors after encoding
