Add `udevadm trigger` to the install script.

Running the `install.sh` script puts the file `99-pololu.rules` into `/etc/udev/rules.d/`, however this will not take effect until `udevadm trigger` is run. It would be best for the script to run this as the general user may not know why things are not working as expected.
This obviously affects Linux systems only.
