Getting Started Documenation Issue - Install-DeploymentPackage

The example for Install-DeploymentPackage uses TargetPath which doesn't appear to be a valid parameter. Should the example now use -PackageTargetPath now and a -DeploymentTempRoot which is mandatory?

I fixed the documentation for -PackageTargetPath, but -DeploymentTempRoot shouldn't be required. The parameter isn't necessary right now, it was there for future usage. We should remove it, but that'll require some testing.

We'll need to test it to ensure it doesn't break deployments.
