XDCC Search Engine

Can you try and code xdcc search engine kind of like ixIRC (now down) with API? There is XDCC.eu but its not that good and no API =( I'm sure its very similar process like PreDB irc monitoring and saving in database.

All servers support SSL/TLS useally on port 9999.
