frontend housekeeping

assortment of minor quality of life improvements 
* change FRONTEND:root to a component within FRONTEND:components
* fix html and htmx to not use handler, and get rid of the ability to define handler (use privately)
* possibly rename client to csr (check what is the exact meaning of client, in frontend/Module) -> compare with compile/client
