Need HTTP mocking for remote page download and manipulation

This is needed:

• To be able to run the test suite offline
• To be able to have consistent result on test suite

The tool need to be able to support redirect in mocking to test that our tools in DPK does the right thing regarding redirect, for example for short links resolution.
