The wallet will not start

Hi there,

Recently I downloaded the wallet to see my balance. Unfortunatly it will not start, I have reinstalled it all together and it still will not start. Could you help me solve this problem. So I have an older wallet folder with the key in it and I want to open that again in the Lynx wallet.

That could be due to a couple of different issues. It would be easiest to get help on this issue in the discord support channels.
There is a link to join that on the website (https://ecc.network)
If you can not join there, I will need to know what OS you are on and what version of lynx and the wallet you are running. The version numbers can be found under the status tab in lynx
