Config page broken on Windows

The Config page is blank, with no controls enabling reversion to other Lynx pages. There is no alternative other than to exit and restart Lynx. Tested on Windows 7. Happens with wallet both stopped and started. Lynx 0.2.12.

Strange that this is suddenly causing an issue after existing unchanged for a long time. Should be fixed with 388362b
