Links on (see docs for details) text to provide more contexts for newcomers

Hi, thanks for this documentation,

i would like to suggest to add links to proper place in documentation for when it is stated like see docs for details.

Linking to the desired place can take a bit more time when writing the docs but will improve a lot the learning experience since gives explicit context about wich part of documentation the writer refers to.

Some places found where links are needed:

• Part II / Applying Domain Events : see docs for details
• Part IV / Registering Projections: See Event Machine docs for details, more about projections in the docs, invokable finder, as described in the prooph docs,
• Bonus I - Custom Projection / Implement a Projector inside code comment
• Bonus III more about command preprocessors in the docs
• Bonus III more about command preprocessors in the docs,

thx for the feedback David! We're evaluating a new documentation tool. Linking to internal pages is not well supported in bookdown (current tool), because it's based on the idea that documentation should be like a book - you read it from page to page.

Anyway, I agree that internal links would be helpful and keep the issue open as a reminder to improve linking when migrating docs to a different tool 👍
