How do I use this to decode .csv files?

I've downloaded this but I don't know how to decrypt the .csv files. I've tried running the .py files, they close immediately. I've looked at the Python code, I've put my .csv file in the same folder as the Python files but nothing works. It would be helpful if the README said what to do.

You might have solved this issue or just abandoned this idea during that long time but,
Did you ran them by double-clicking them with the file explorer or using the command prompt ?
Because of what I understand, you ran them using file explorer.

Note that it takes a directory path as input, not a file path
