Encoding broken

Take a supercell .csv file. Decode it, then encode the .csv file you just decoded and you will see that the file that was decoded/encoded differs from the original .csv file

Hi there, seems weird to respond to a post 3 years ago but i just came across the coc resources on github. Anyways what i think is that they added some sort of signature at the start of the file which cant be decoded and so its lost when trying to encode the file back. I've only started diving in the files yesterday but I feel like the modding community is pretty dead rn so I'm trying to reach out to people who might have a better understanding of it lol.
