Broken profile image Wordpress comments for forum installed in a subdir

I traced the issue to https://github.com/psychobunny/nodebb-plugin-blog-comments/blob/master/public/lib/wordpress.js#L44

What's happening is that the user.picture value has the forum prefix but the nomalizePost function also prepends the nodeBBUrl which also has the forum subdir.

Profile pics are coming up as `/forum/forum/...`
